Who we are
Money Champions is a financial education programme for children aged 7–12, operated by the founder of Money Champions. Our website is moneychampions.co.

What information we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. This may include:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or complete the money personality quiz
- First name — optionally, when you complete the quiz, so we can personalise the guide we send you
- Quiz responses — your answers to our 8-question quiz, used to determine your child's money personality type. We do not store individual answers long-term.
We do not collect payment information, children's personal data, or any sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
We use your information only for the purpose for which you provided it:
- To send you your child's money personality result and the accompanying 4-step guide
- To notify you when Money Champions launches, if you joined the waitlist
- To send you relevant updates about the programme, if you have opted in
We will never sell your data to third parties, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the services listed below.
Third-party services
We use the following trusted services to operate the site:
- Formspree — processes form submissions and forwards them to us. Their privacy policy.
- MailerLite — manages our email list and sends emails on our behalf. Their privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts our website. Standard web server logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) may be retained briefly for security purposes. Their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on this site. Google may log requests. Their privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other behaviour tracking tool. The only data stored in your browser is what's needed for the quiz to function (held in memory, cleared when you close the page).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent for us to email you at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@moneychampions.co and we will respond within 14 days.
Data retention
We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Form submission data held by Formspree is retained according to their own policy.
Children's privacy
Our service is directed at parents and carers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The quiz asks about your child's behaviour but does not ask for your child's name, email, or any personal details about them.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking it periodically.
